1. Who we are
This website is designed and operated by eBankPlatform SIA. Commercial operations, including handling the enquiries you send us, are run by NETOTECH DMCC, Unit No: 3O-01-5055, Jewellery & Gemplex 3, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. NETOTECH DMCC is the controller of the personal data described here. eBankPlatform is a registered trademark of CRATECH LTD.

2. What we collect and when
Demo requests. The only form on this site is the “Request a demo” form. It collects your full name, work email, company name, what you are launching (optional) and an optional message. When you submit a form we also record a first-party visitor identifier, a non-invasive technical hash of your browser settings, your IP address and your browser’s user agent, used only to recognise repeat enquiries from the same person in our lead system.
Technical data collected automatically. When you browse the site we, our hosting provider and our analytics provider process your IP address, your browser user agent, the pages you view and a first-party visitor identifier stored in a cookie. We do not use canvas, audio or font probing.
What we do not collect. There are no user accounts or logins on this site, no newsletter sign-up, no chat widget, no file uploads and no payments. We do not ask for special category data — please do not send it to us in a message.
3. Why we use it and on what basis
We are established in the United Arab Emirates, so we process personal data under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).
- Responding to enquiries. To contact you about the demo you asked for and to discuss your project. Basis: performing steps you requested before entering a contract, and your consent when you submit the form.
- Security and abuse prevention. To detect spam, duplicate and automated submissions and to keep the site available. Basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the service.
- Analytics. To understand how the site is used at an aggregate level. Basis: our legitimate interest in improving the site.
- Legal obligations. To meet record-keeping or regulatory requirements that apply to us. Basis: compliance with a legal obligation.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising. We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:
- Hosting and delivery — Lovable, which serves this site on Cloudflare infrastructure.
- Database — Supabase, where demo requests are stored.
- Our group lead-management system — the central system where enquiries from our sites are handled.
- Analytics — Google Analytics 4.
We may also disclose data where we are legally required to do so. Some of these providers operate outside the UAE, so your data may be transferred abroad and processed under contractual terms that require it to be protected.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as we need them to handle your request and to follow up on it, and then for up to 24 months. Technical logs and duplicate-detection signals are kept for up to 12 months.
6. Cookies
We do not currently show a cookie banner. These are the cookies set on this site:
- lh_vid — first-party visitor identifier, used only to recognise repeat enquiries. Duration: 1 year.
- _ga — Google Analytics, distinguishes visitors. Duration: 2 years.
- _ga_QKPSNVE97H — Google Analytics, maintains session state. Duration: 2 years.
There are no login or session cookies, because the site has no accounts. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to our use of it, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Write to marketing@ebankplatform.com and we will respond within the period required by law. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the UAE Data Office.
8. Security
Traffic to and from this site is encrypted in transit with HTTPS, and enquiry data is stored with our database provider under access controls. Access is restricted to the staff who need it to answer your enquiry. No system is perfectly secure, but we review our setup and keep the data we hold to a minimum.
9. Children
This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has sent us data, write to us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site or our providers change. The current version is always on this page. Last updated: 2 September 2026.
